An Excellent Production Plan for Dual-Layer Mattresses
Our design
This is a program designed by our company. It features a double-layer structure with a daily output of 300-400 sheets. The lower layer is used for material output, while the upper layer is for returning materials to perform a second spray adhesive process.
The purpose of the second spray adhesive process is to create a two-layer mattress, consisting of a bed net layer and a comfort layer. This type of mattress requires edge wrapping three times, whereas standard mattresses typically only require two rounds of wrapping. This makes it a high-end mattress.
The production process includes fabric production, fabric processing, spray adhesive and cloth bonding, edge wrapping, quality control, and finally, packing.
The mattress production line serves three key purposes.
● First, it makes the workshop appear more automated and modernized, which greatly improves the company's image.
● Second, it reduces manual handling.
● Third, it ensures the mattress never touches the ground through out the entire process, preventing it from getting soiled.
